You will find three different sizes under this brand:

  • The 200g size, an aged Brillat Savarin with a nearly invisible rind! We are the only ones to make this Brillat Savarin with an ivory rind…It’s the secret behind its creamy taste.
  • The 2kg sizet, a triple-cream cheese invented by Jean Lincet 40 years ago. A secret recipe and an expertise that has been handed down from father to son are at the heart of our story.
  • The 500g size with French black truffles. Real French black truffle for a delicate truffle taste. The combination of the cream with the truffle…a cheese for gastronomes.
